Instructions for participants (monitoring only)
The conference will be held online on the Zoom platform.
Participants can access from any mobile device connected to the Internet.
The necessary software is provided free of charge and varies depending on the device of the attendee.
For personal computer users you need to run the zoom_launcher.exe file that automatically downloads to your computer the first time you try to connect (JOIN A MEETING) to a web conference.
Android users can download the corresponding application ZOOM Cloud Meetings from Google Play Store by clicking here.
Iphone users can download the corresponding application ZOOM Cloud Meetings from App Store by clicking here.

Upon entry please make sure that your microphone and camera are deactivated as indicated in the image below.
Questions
During the sessions you can ask questions to the presenters on the subject of their presentation.
The questions are submitted exclusively using the chat service. To ask a question, click on the "chat" icon and then enter your question in the "Type message here ..." field as shown in the image below.
Your question should begin with the name of the presenter you are addressing, followed by the question.
e.g. To Mr. E. Karymbalis: "Question text".
To facilitate the process, please keep the questions short and clear. The chair will collect your questions and address them to the presenters at the end of each presentation.
