Constitution

The Committee for Geomorphology and Environment was established and operates within the framework of the activities and purposes of the Geological Society of Greece (GSG). The Committee was established at a request of more than 20 full members of the GSG and was approved by the Board of Directors.

In order to achieve its objectives, the Committee operates under the Constitution of the GSG, and the decisions of the Board of Directors and the General Assembly of the GSG.

​

The Committee's deliberations are in accordance with the proclamation of the GSG elections and are administered by a five-member Executive Office, as specified in its Rules of Procedure.

​

The Constituotion of the EAU was approved by the decision of the One-Member Court of First Instance of Athens No. 3105/2009 and it was registered in the relevant column of the book of recognized associations No. 1097.
